so our class went to the seoul historical museum for a tour and to learn how to make the paper fan which sonbis always carry ard with them.

I fell in love with this deep cleanser recently. It's called HERBALISM by LUSH for abt 17,000W per pot.. and little goes a long way!! It smells like grass kinda.. but leaves your face damn clean! i use it as a double cleanser after removing my makeup~

Im kinda slow with regards to the holographic nail polish trend! and thats cause i cant find the ones i like by china glaze here!! boo... however i found this nail polish (W10,000) nearby my place.. and it's a beautiful gold holographic nail polish.. its so pretty i swear.

My first time to SBS hall to watch the filming of inkigayo.. 1 word - AMAZING! 2pm first recorded their performance.. had some errors here and there so they had to stop, and retake for 5 times! Jessica's Kitchen is a buffet restaurant located abt 5 mins away from my school building.. it is more of a french buffet and it costs pretty reasonable. about $25. The service is so awesome. I was waiting for my roasted beef at the roast counter, and the person said it isnt ready and i would have to wait for quite a bit.. so i returned back to my table with other misc stuff, while intending to head back after finishing my plate. Guess what? My beef was hand delivered straight to me (god knows how he found my table when it was rather crowded) by noone else but the cook himself!

Tucked in a corner of Sinchon, there's a tiny ramen store that ONLY serves Seafood ramen and Tonkatsu. It was really cozy, and the service lineup is intersting. Instead of the usual open table restaurant, you actually dine in wooden cubicles, just next to a stranger~~~

Instructions :

you'll have to fill this up and then give this together with your order slip to the cook through the window. I chose spicy and hurikake rice ^^

Order A: Tonkatsu rice

the shade will be lowered when food is served.. otherwise it would be SO awkward looking at someone eating right infront of you hahahaaha

verdict: Spicy was REALLY spicy... the noodles were good though. not too hard, not too soft, FRESH. The broth is rich, i suspect they used pork broth and then added the seafood later^^

Another interesting restaurant in Sinchon.. for W10,000 all u can eat sushi buffet! there's even a counter whereby the chefs would be preparing fresh salmon , ebi bla bla sushi from!!! Those sushi places in sg is nth compared to this.. the rice is of the right temperature.. and the salmon cold .. perfect!

this is cool.. basically u have to fill the bowl containing the noodle with hot water by yourself.. and miraculously the water will turn into soup!

a couple of weeks ago, i dined in this spag restaurant called Solamio in Sinchon. Abience was cottage-like, but food was unfortunatly not on par..

I ordered a spag set meal (approx sgd10-14) which included a glass of soda, soup, garlic bread, and the spag.. the soup was the worst of the entire meal and i remembered only taking a couple of spoonfuls before letting it solidify into a starchy gloop of.. i dont know what..

But!!! Just yesterday i found my favorite pasta restaurant!! Thanks to 크리스의 suggestion, we ended up at this place called Italiano. The abience was classy, and the service is amazing. The manager would be the one assisting your table till the end of service delivery.. maybe he could kagebunshin.. i dont know, lol! Pasta was AWESOME. one of the best i've ever tried -- not undercooked like those in pasta mania -_-.. everything was perfect.

오늘은 혼자 근처에서 쇼핑을 하고 저금 전에 그때 갔던 새 식당에 설렁탕을 먹으러 갔어.. 거기에 가니끼 사람들이 되게 많았네.. 50,000w 정도 썼어.. 앞으로 돈을 충분하게 있어야 오늘 부터 노력하고 돈을 모아야 해.. .. .

budae jjigae is basically a spicy broth with many other ingredients added to it such as sausages, kimchi, tofu, noodles..well.. anything you like! In restaurants the minimum portion u can order is for two. It's not expensive (ard sgd 10 for 2 i think?) and it's fun to eat especially during winter! I shall attempt to cook this when im back home :)

the best thing abt dining in korea is that the banchans are FREE n refillable!! unlike in Singapore where they charge for every single bit of stuff on the table.

cityhall was sooo filled with people that they blocked off the way to the esplanade!! i was soooo upset cause i wanted to sit by the river to look at the fireworks.. somehow things worked out (cause i was smart and not goguma) and we sat by the open field somewhere opposite the esplanade :)

Camwhored for 15 mins while waiting for the fireworks to begin! goguma is berry berry vain..

met up with bestie at Bugis during her lunch break and we decided to eat at Ma Maison.. I think it's pretty good and the service isn't that bad.. friendly staffs and all.. and the food is of right quantity.. plus delicious too... would be back to try the butter rice thingy.. haha!!!

i chose the set lunch B deal.. comes with dory fish.. appetizer.. some kinda mushroom soup, salad and french loaf.. the bread is soooo good i tell ya..

Nth special abt the appetizer though..not hot enough..
